If you have been thinking about starting yoga and meditation then this course will give you exactly what you need to get on track.
This course is tailored for beginners or those who would like to reconnect with the foundation of Yoga & Meditation.  Learn the basic practices for anatomical alignment, breathing, common postures and the foundation to have you begin your own meditation practice.
This course will give you the skills to take what you have learnt into any studio environment or, in the comfort of your own home.
Course Outline:
~ Introduction to traditional practices in asana (physical postures) & foundation of Meditation
~ Learn Hatha Yoga and basic philosophy
~ Pranayama (Breathing exercises) to calm your nervous system
~ Expand the breath in your body with simple practices
~ Move with awareness & consciousness
~ How to achieve relaxation within the mind and body
~ Maintaining the practice of Yoga & Meditation in your everyday
~ Understand basic alignment in yoga asana (physical postures)
~ Experience connection within your body & breath
~ Understand Meditation & learn Metta (loving kindness)
 Our Yoga & Meditation Fundamentals course is a 6 week course held at Inhale Life, Horsley Park.
