Inhale Life Homepage Banner - Embrace life now

Inhale Life is Sydney’s premier Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda Training & Wellness Centre. Our philosophy is to provide an environment for people to be inspired by the traditional practices of yoga, meditation and Ayurveda.

Our principal teacher Romina Di Federico and her team of specialised teachers, both local and abroad, are the pillars of this schools training, education and classes.

At Inhale Life, we provide you with rejuvenating seasonal retreats throughout the year. These retreats are designed for you to step outside of your regular environment and into a nurturing space to enhance your knowledge and self-growth.

Our retreats are an important part of your self-care that can often be a transformative experience. Giving you time to restore, strengthen, heal and come back to yourself.

Why not take some time to focus on you, your desires, and what makes you truly happy?

  • Authenticity – practice what you teach.
  • Listen – with presence to your heart, if it feels aligned then choose it.
  • Respect – yourself and the traditional practices of yoga, meditation and Ayurveda.
  • Evolve everyday – invest time to expand your knowledge and learning from your own experiences.
  • Gratitude – is always the best attitude.
  • Grace – live with grace as the seasons of your life change, embrace them don’t resist them.
  • Trust yourself and the process – your intention is your invention, know that your commitment and discipline pays off.
  • Integrity – NO BS – be honest with yourself and take accountability for your actions, this will inspire others.
  • Transformation – is limited to your creativity.
  • Community is key – we are here to serve EVERYBODY with love.

Join our growing community.

‘‘It is essential sometimes to go into retreat, to stop everything that you have been doing, to stop your experiences completely and look at them anew, not keep on repeating them like machines. You would then let fresh air into your mind. Wouldn’t you?”
