1 cup raw almonds
1 cup Medjool Dates soaked (5mins warm water)
1 cup od desiccated coconut (I used organic you can use any)
1/2 Cacao
Pinch of sea salt

For the Orange and Almond – instead of cacao I used orange.
Boil 1 x orange for 2 hours – let it cool – deseed & chop

Mix ALL ingredients together in Thermomix or blender

Note the texture you can always add some coconut oil or rice syrup to sweeten naturally + moisten / OR if you need it to be drier use shredded coconut or a little coconut flour

Moisten hands with water to roll – use a teaspoon for size or bigger if you prefer

Roll in a bowl of shredded coconut – place onto tray – SECRET step is to freeze them for an hour!

Store in a air tight container in the fridge last up to 3-5days
