Chanting Creates Community and Spontaneous Healing.

Here at Inhale Life we are extremely excited to host our first Kirtan with Rachel & John.

Join Rachel and John for an afternoon of Bhajans and Kirtan chanting.  Based on ancient chants, it has the ability to quiet the mind and open the heart.  When we sing together it’s like water washing over stone. Over time the rough edges of our emotions become smooth like marble. Kirtan and Bhajans are part of the practice of Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of love and devotion.

One doesn’t need to have a good voice or to even understand the words. Rather repeating the same sound over and over focuses the mind and pulls it out of its preoccupations with thoughts or worries.

Kirtan is a joyful expression of Yoga.  In fact it’s the Yoga of the Heart.

Guide of $20 donation recommended.
