Throughout this 2 hour event, we’ll be looking at and learning ways to create tasty, nourishing and simple plant based, gluten free cuisine, as well as the most beautiful & peaceful relationship to your food.
There will be cooking demontrations, tastings, recipes, meditations and a whole lot of practical tips to take home to assist you with creating peace, gratitude and connection with every mouthful of food you eat.
