Prenatal Yoga Six Week Course

Congratulations on becoming a mother, it is a life-changing event. We believe all women deserve to enjoy their pregnancy and have an empowering birth experience knowing every pregnancy is different and unique to you.

At Inhale Life we provide a safe, nurturing environment for you to nurture yourself prenatally and postnatally.  Our classes are guided by our experienced prenatal yoga teachers who have their own experiences to share with you.  Our classes are designed to strengthen and prepare you for labour as well as to relax you and teach you tools to mentally prepare for your birthing experience.  Our classes are suitable for all trimesters and levels of experience.

In addition to providing a time for you to connect with yourself and your baby, practising yoga for pregnancy has many physical and emotional benefits:

Meet your facilitator: Symone Espodito

DietitianExercise, Physiologist and yoga teacher.
B.App.Sci (Ex Sport Sci/ Ex physiology), B.Sci (Nutr/Dietetic Hons)
Symone has completed her 350hrs Hatha Yoga Teacher training and holds a Bachelor of science degree as an Exercise physiologist and Dietitian, and works as a Health Coach. Her experience over the past four years makes her approach holistic and accommodates all aspects of health and well-being. Her background as a dancer brings lightness and joy to classes, focusing the practice of asanas, pranayama and mindfulness meditation. Symone’s view is that yoga and movement is for all, no matter your phase or journey so far. She encourages to have an open heart to experience the fullness of every opportunity you take to show up for yourself on the mat especially as a mum.
