Your retreat day begins at 10am and ends at 4pm. You will be guided by Romina Di Federico to move, breath and dive deep into yourself. Inclusive is an hour of understanding oils to detox in Spring and Ayurvedic principles to support you on this transition.
Please bring a packed lunch, journal and wear comfortable clothes to move and sit in. There will be GF, DF snacks and herbal teas provided throughout the day.
