Yoga Fundamentals
6 Week Course

at Horsley Park

This is a 6-week course on the fundamentals of yoga.  Designed for beginners – learn the basic practices in anatomical alignment, breathing and common postures to have you confidently practicing yoga at home or in class.

In this 75 min class over 6 weeks you will learn the ancient art and practice of yoga, experience how to maintain a regular practice and participate in any general yoga class and feel the benefits of connecting with your body.

Techniques you will learn – introduction to traditional practices in asana (physical postures) +  Pranayama (breathing) + how to achieve complete relaxation of the physical body and mind, move with awareness, expand the breath and maintaining the practice of Yoga.

This course cycles every 6 weeks.  The next course begins on the 26th Feb and concludes on 2nd April.
