Based on the tradition of Hatha Yoga this class is open to all levels, and includes relaxation and pranayama (breathing practices). These classes are aligned with the season, building inner strength and flexibility with attention to guiding you to your ‘inner body’ flow. Pranayama to begin and relaxation meditation to complete. You will feel refreshed, energised and ignited to your inner flow to keep you dancing with ‘prana’ (life force) throughout your day!
