Yoga & Meditation Fundamentals II Course 

If you have completed the Yoga & Meditation Fundamentals I Course or you have been practicing yoga for 6 months and you would like to dive deeper into the fundamentals and science of Yoga & Meditation, this course is for you.
This course is tailored for those who have completed our 1st Fundamentals Course and would like learn more.  In this course we explore the best Hatha Yoga practices for your body,  breathing practices and a regular meditation practice.
This course will give you the skills to take what you have been practicing and make it part of your every day.
Course Outline:
~ Explore traditional practices in asana (physical postures)
~ Hatha Yoga for your body
~ The Philosophy of Yoga in your every day
~ Pranayama (Breathing exercises) according to the season
~ Move with awareness & consciousness
~ How to achieve relaxation within the mind and body
~ Maintaining the practice of Yoga & Meditation in your everyday
~ Use props to explore yoga asana (physical postures)
~ Experience connection within your body & breath
~ Deepen your Meditation & learn Yoga Nidra
 Our Yoga & Meditation Fundamentals II Course is a 6 week course held at Inhale Life, Horsley Park.
